Job Title: SEND Support Worker
Casual SEND Support Worker – Post-16 Complex Needs
Casual / Flexible | Multiple Sites | Wood Green & Stoke Newington
We are looking for reliable and experienced casual support workers to provide additional support across three educational sites, including locations in Wood Green and Stoke Newington, working with post-16 learners with complex needs.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with young adults and is confident providing both educational and practical support in a specialist setting.
Learners may require support with communication, independence, daily routines and personal care, so the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a role where personal care is part of the provision.
You will need:
Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
Hands-on personal care experience.
Confidence working with post-16 learners or young adults.
A patient, respectful and person-centred approach.
The ability to support learners with dignity and promote independence.
Flexibility to work across different sites.
Reliability and the ability to adapt to different environments and learner needs.
