SEND Support Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Reddish Full-time | Term-Time Only | Immediate Start Available We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Support Teaching Assistant to join the team at our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Reddish. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our experienced SENDCO and make a real difference to the lives of children with additional needs. The successful candidate will play a key role within a Resource Provision classroom (10-place setting), supporting pupils with a range of needs and working alongside staff to deliver high-quality, personalised learning. You will also lead 1:1 and small group interventions, supporting pupils in our mainstream classes across Key Stage 1 and 2. We are looking for someone who: - Is passionate about inclusion and eager to champion the needs of children with SEND - Can work collaboratively within our strong and supportive Inclusion Team - Is able to work with class teachers to support teaching and learning across the curriculum - Has experience supporting pupils with EHCPs and can help them achieve their personalised targets - Can confidently support pupils both within the classroom and through targeted interventions - Brings enthusiasm, motivation and a nurturing approach to help children thrive - Has excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude with pupils, staff and parents - Is a strong team player, flexible and proactive in their approach - Is willing to get involved in wider school life and contribute to our vibrant school community f you are committed to making a difference and are ready to take on a rewarding role within a supportive primary school, we would love to hear from you.
