Location: Bromley Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available SEND Lecturer – Bromley A specialist Further Education College in Bromley is seeking passionate and dedicated SEND Lecturers to join their team from September. The college supports young adults aged 19–25 with a range of complex learning needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down's Syndrome, sensory impairments, complex medical needs, and non-verbal communication needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of learners, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed for adulthood. The Role As a SEND Lecturer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and personalised learning sessions tailored to the individual needs of learners. Teaching will focus on: Independent living skills Life skills and personal development Cookery and practical learning activities Communication and social development Preparation for adulthood and progression pathways You will work closely with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every learner can thrive.
