Job Title: SEN teaching assistant
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Huddersfield Salary: Starting from £95 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm About Us: We are a dedicated educational institution in Huddersfield committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Role and Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Assist the SEN Teacher in delivering tailored educational programs. • Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with their individual needs. • Encourage and assist students in engaging with classroom activities. • Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SEN Teacher. • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a caring approach. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • A genuine interest in supporting the educational development of children with SEN.
