We are seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Weymouth, supporting pupils who require a tailored and nurturing approach to their education. About the role: As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN. You will create a structured, supportive classroom environment that enables pupils to feel safe, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals. Working closely with support staff and external professionals, you will play a key role in shaping each pupil’s educational journey.
