Are you an experienced teacher seeking employment in a new and challenging environment? Here at Axcis we specialise in placing teachers into rewarding teaching roles and are currently seeking an adaptable and resilient teacher to join a special needs school. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference to every child within your care. This is a temporary, full-time role which will support a range of needs such as autism, Asperger’s, complex and challenging behaviour, and you would receive lots of support from a teaching assistant. Pay is against the teacher main pay scale to reflect your skills and experience. The role is due start in January 2025. We are looking for someone who has previous experience teaching pupils with ASD and SEMH. The right applicant will be patient and who creates a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
