SEN KS3 Teaching Assistant - Sutton Coldfield I am working with a secondary school in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for a Level 3 teaching assistant with experience in secondary and/or KS3 support to start with them in October. The role is full time Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 4pm. Ideally you will: Hold a relevant qualification in Support Teaching and Learning Alternatively, hold an NVQ Level 2/3 or a minimum of 3 months full time experience in a classroom. Help pupils by following the lesson plans and objectives of the Teacher. Manage behaviour effectively, support the school policies. Support Class Teacher within the classroom by carrying out engaging activities. Support pupils in KS3 pupils. Occasionally assist pupils on a 1:1 basis that requires more additional support than others. Have EAL experience. Parking is available on site with fantastic public transport links.
