SEMH Teaching Assistant – Behaviour & Resilience Support – Henley-in-Arden Location: Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week Axcis Education is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with challenging behaviour in Henley-in-Arden. Pupils require consistent support to regulate emotions and re-engage with learning. The Role: You will: • Support KS3/4 pupils with SEMH needs and behaviour difficulties. • Use de-escalation and restorative strategies to manage behaviour. • Mentor pupils, building confidence and resilience. • Work closely with pastoral teams and external agencies. • Provide structured and consistent support. About You: • Background in SEMH, behaviour, or youth work. • Emotionally resilient, calm, and confident. • Able to set boundaries and build rapport. • Flexible and proactive in challenging settings.
