Axcis are recruiting for a SEMH Teacher for a SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) Needs School based in Liverpool with a holistic approach to SEND. As an SEMH Teacher you will be responsible to maintain the high expectations for learners already in place. The ages in the school range from reception to year 8. A very dedicated school to providing the best possible platform of learning for their pupils. The ideal candidate will have: - Previous experience with SEMH children - Recent successful experience of working with and/or teaching learners with special educational needs within a school setting. - Knowledge of successful practice in teaching learners with social emotional mental health needs including the ability to promote appropriate behaviour. - Knowledge and experience of current good practice and curriculum developments in special and mainstream primary education provision.
