Job Title: Secondary Teacher
Secondary Teacher – Alternative Provision
Location: Exeter
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Full-Time, Term Time Only
Daily Rate: £140 - £150
An alternative provision in Exeter is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join its committed team. The school supports students aged 11 to 17 from across the county, providing a tailored educational experience that promotes academic achievement alongside personal growth.

The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in teaching the delivery of this vision by:
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to support students within both classroom and outdoor learning environments
• Establishing positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage participation and build independence
• Supporting students in developing strategies to overcome barriers to learning
• Promoting the personal, emotional, and social development of all learners
• Contributing to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Work alongside EHCP's
• Teach engaging lesson's in Geography and history
This is a full-time, term-time position, ideal for someone who is motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and who thrives in a supportive, values-driven school community. You must hold a QTS for this job role. The start time is October.
