The Role: You will be delivering science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on re-engaging pupils through creative, tailored teaching. Many students struggle to focus, so flexibility and imagination are essential. You’ll be supported by an experienced team committed to making a lasting impact on every learner’s life. Key Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Minimum of 6 months' teaching experience (ideally with SEND or SEMH learners) • Strong science subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 • Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner • Experience engaging pupils with a range of emotional and behavioural needs • Creative, adaptive approach to lesson planning and delivery What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about inclusion and understands the power of relationships in education.
