What We’re Looking For: - Have experience working in secondary schools, supporting students aged 11–16 (KS3/KS4). - Can confidently support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and more. - Are patient, reliable, and adaptable with a genuine interest in supporting learning and wellbeing. - Can work one-to-one or in small groups under the direction of the class teacher or SENCO. - May have additional experience in behaviour support, mentoring, youth work, or personal care (though not essential). Whether you’ve worked in education before, or have experience in a similar field (e.g. care, youth support, psychology), we’d love to hear from you.
