An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced science teacher for an MLD school in the central Birmingham area. During the role you will be responsible for teaching the majority of the science curriculum to both KS3 and KS4 students as well as participating in student integration. The role is a long term, full time placement which will span initially until the end of the summer term 2015.
During the role you will be working with small groups of students who have a variety of statements including, autism, global delay, social and emotional issues and challenging behaviour. We require an experienced practitioner who can provide examples of both positive intervention and raising attainment levels.
