Job Title: Residential Support Workers - Southport - Regular Weekly Shifts
JOB LOCATION:
Sefton
Are you a support worker looking for full time work in the Southport area? I am currently working with a well respected client in the Southport area that requires 4 support workers to cover weekly shifts in a new home which is opening at the beginning of December. The all-female residents are aged 17-24 and all have different levels of needs including ASD, non-verbal and may need some assistance with personal care. The home will be equipped with everything they need to ensure they are given the best opportunities and chance to live their life to the full. Some of the residents attend a local college and there will be a need to assist within this environment also, accompanying them to and from the college which is in walking distance from the home. There are different shift patterns available and the same shifts of 5 days per week will be allocated to successful candidates so you can plan around your working week. The shifts are as follows: Early - 7.15am-3.15pm, Late- 2.15pm-10.15pm & Waking Nights- 10pm-7.30am. We offer fantastic rates of pay for these vacancies and the hourly rate is £8.50-£10.50ph You must have, or be willing to get an enhanced adult DBS for these roles. If you would like to be considered for these roles then get in touch by either applying using the button below, sending your most up to date CV to Jacqueline@axcis.co.uk or call me for a confidential chat on 0151 448 2810. Axcis is an equal opportunities employer. The company is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff will be subject to our stringent vetting procedures, which include an enhanced DBS, full work history, references and a face-to-face interview. If you are interested, then please contact Jaqueline Edwards at Axcis Education on 0151 448 2810.

This is a temporary position unless otherwise stated.

Please note: The details of this job are correct as of the start of the school closures. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open. We are therefore continuing to accept applications but please bear with us as there may be a delay on the listed start date due to the fact that the situation is continually evolving.
