What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll work closely with children aged 4–11 years, helping them overcome communication barriers and fully engage in classroom life. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting pupils with speech, language, and communication difficulties Using communication tools such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and Makaton Delivering targeted interventions to develop language and social communication skills • Encouraging positive interactions and peer relationships Providing individual and small-group support within the classroom • Building trusting, meaningful relationships with pupils Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to support learning outcomes Promoting confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about SEND education.
