Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant - Plymouth
Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and thrive? Do you enjoy being part of a warm, supportive school community where every child is known and valued? We are seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming primary school in the Plymouth area.
About the role
Working closely with class teachers and support staff, you will help pupils access their learning, build confidence and enjoy school life. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting small groups and individual pupils, assisting with classroom activities, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, nurturing learning environment.

Key information
Pay: £90-£95 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm
Start date: February 2026
