Job Title: Primary Teacher

About the role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils across the primary age range. Working closely with colleagues and support staff, you will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to participate, develop their confidence and achieve their potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Teaching and supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
• Differentiating lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive relationships
• Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback
• Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and school leadership
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

The successful candidate will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching in a primary school
• Have experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
• Have strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Be confident planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Be able to differentiate teaching to meet individual pupil needs
• Have a commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
• Be reliable, enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team
