Job Title: Primary teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who has experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and is dedicated to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
The Role
• Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary phase, adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs
• Support pupils with SEND through inclusive classroom practice and targeted interventions
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals
• Create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Monitor progress and contribute to individual support plans where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with pupils with SEND (either in a mainstream or specialist setting)
• A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation
• High expectations for all pupils, with a commitment to equality and inclusion
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A reflective practitioner who is keen to develop professionally
