KS1 / KS2 Supply Teacher Job in Worcester Park, Surrey
We are currently recruiting for a flexible and enthusiastic KS1 / KS2 Supply Teacher to join a thriving and multicultural primary school in Worcester Park, Surrey from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking to work within a supportive and welcoming school environment. The successful candidate must be adaptable and happy to teach across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting the school wherever needed. Some days may be spent teaching in KS1, while others may be within KS2, depending on the needs of the school.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys variety, thrives in different classroom environments, and is committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning across the primary age range.
The Role
As a KS1 / KS2 Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2.
Follow school planning and adapt learning to meet pupil needs.
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
Support pupils' academic progress and personal development.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, teachers and senior leaders.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Be flexible and willing to teach across different year groups as required by the school.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching within a UK mainstream primary school.
Experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Confidence using Google Classroom, or willingness to learn and use it effectively.
Passion for working within a diverse and inclusive school community.
