Pay: From £89 per day (PAYE) dependent on experience and relevant qualifications
Hours: 8.30 am- 3.30pm , Monday to Friday (Full time)

Are you a compassionate about supporting children with additional needs?
We are seeking Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils with a wide variety of Special Educational Needs in a classroom setting.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity working with pupils who require additional support. You will be providing tailored assistance either 1:1 or in small groups, helping students access learning and thrive in the school environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have SEND, including ASD and ADHD
• Assist the class teacher in adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage social interaction and engagement in classroom activities
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage students to participate in classroom activities
• Support teachers in managing the classroom and helping with lesson preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced in SEN is essential
• A proactive approach to supporting pupils, with the ability to adapt to their individual needs
• A passion for working with children and young people with additional needs: Makaton, PECS
• A willingness to adapt and work flexibly in different school environments
