PMLD Teachers, Secondary Special School, North West London We are working with an Outstanding secondary special school in the London borough of Hillingdon who are looking for Teachers with experience of working with PMLD pupils. The school are interested to hear from teachers who are available both short and long term, as well as those interested in full time, 5 days per week positions. This school caters for KS3,4 and 5 pupils, and has classes which support a variety of needs from moderate to severe learning difficulties as well as specialist ASD classes at KS3 and 4. A relatively small school, (80 pupils), class sizes range between 5-10 pupils, depending on the level of support and curriculum, each class has two or three support staff as well as a qualified SEND teacher. Recent added facilities include a therapy pool, gym and sensory room. It is easily accessible for those who wish to travel via public transport, with overground and underground stations within easy reach. Candidates who drive are also able to park in the large car park attached to the school.
