PE Teacher Needed in a mainstream secondary school located in Stretford from September! Are you passionate about inspiring students to lead active and healthy lifestyles? Do you possess the skills and enthusiasm to teach Physical Education in a dynamic learning environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a PE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective Physical Education lessons to students aged 11-16. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and delivering high-quality PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests. - Promoting active participation and fostering a love for physical activity among students. - Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to challenge themselves and develop their skills. - Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. - Experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary level (ECT would be considered). - Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for PE. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for promoting health and fitness among young people. - Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. - Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education. Hours - full time, Monday to Friday Long term role.
