Job Title: Part Time KS4 TA
Axcis Education are working closely to support a secondary college - near Newton Abbot - who are looking for a part time classroom Teaching Assistant to support part time for two days a week. The days are negotiable, too. The hours are 8.30-3.30 and the rate of pay is between £90-£100 a day, depending on your qualifications and previous experience. The role is to start as soon as possible. About the School: • A wonderful secondary college which have a great reputation in the community. • Specialise in Technology and the core subjects. • Are an inclusive school, with a high number of students with SEND. For this position, we are looking for applicants who: • Has previous school based experience (on transferable skills). • Are comfortable supporting in a busy classroom environment. • Can form relationships with learners, including learners with SEND. • Can deliver interventions ona 1:1 basis with pupils with SENd. • Enjoy working in a fast paced role which requires multi-tasking.
