Are you a passionate teaching assistant based near Smethwick? We are looking for an enthusiastic SEND teaching assistant available on a full-time, long-term basis to work in a small hub, where you will be working on a 1-to-1 basis with a Year 2 student who is non-verbal & struggles to interact with their peers. Whilst formal qualifications are not required, we do review every applicant to ensure you have sufficient SEND experience & knowledge to meet the needs of the children you will be supporting. This role will be starting immediately for the right applicant, this role will be running until July 2026 minimum but can be longer as this role is running in-line with the funding for the child. You will need an enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for a new DBS certificate. Axcis Education can help you through the application process to obtain. This role pays a week in arrears at a (PAYE) daily pay rate starting from £89 p/d. This will be paid a week in arrears.
