Job Title: Learning Support Assistants - College
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a unique educational setting? We are currently recruiting for a number of Learning Support Assistants to join a fantastic specialist college in Enfield from September 2026. Role Details • 3–5 days per week • 9:00am – 4:00pm • £14.25 per hour • September 2026 start About the Role You will be supporting students aged 16–19, working closely with teaching staff to provide tailored learning support and help students achieve their full potential. This is a highly rewarding role where you will build positive relationships with learners and provide additional assistance both in and out of the classroom. The successful candidate will have: • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) • Previous experience working within a school, college, or educational setting • A patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to working with young people • An interest in outdoor learning and/or working with animals About the College We are proud to be working with an Outstanding specialist college that offers a wide range of land-based and animal-related courses. The college supports students aged 16–19 with mild SEND needs, providing them with an engaging and practical learning environment.
