About the Role You will be working as a SEND Teaching Assistant, supporting students with a variety of additional needs including: -Dyslexia -Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) -Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) -Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges This role will involve working across different age groups – from Early Years (3 years old) through to Sixth Form (18 years old) – offering a rich and rewarding experience. You will work alongside experienced teachers and the SEN team to deliver high-quality support tailored to individual needs.
