In this role, you will be: • Supporting KS3 and KS4 students with ADHD and SEMH in lessons and small groups. • Encouraging focus, self-regulation and positive behaviour through consistent strategies. • Assisting with classroom differentiation and emotional support. • Working with teachers, the SENCO and parents to build engagement and confidence.
