Pay: £89.00-£95.00 per day (Experience Dependant)

Axcis Education is currently recruiting for Learning and Care Support Assistants to work in a range of fantastic mainstream and specialist schools across Stockport. These roles are full-time, term-time only, and available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with additional needs, including Autism, complex learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.
- Assist with personal care, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support, where required.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in school life.
- Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to implement tailored support strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND and/or personal care needs (in school, care, or similar settings).
- A kind, patient, and resilient nature.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
