HLTA – Part-Time | Barnet

We are seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Barnet.
The successful candidate will cover classes independently across three days, delivering engaging lessons, managing behaviour effectively and ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the absence of their class teacher.
The school has a strong, caring ethos, high expectations and a commitment to the academic and personal development of every child. Its most recent Ofsted inspection rated Behaviour & Attitudes and Personal Development as Outstanding, with the Quality of Education rated Good.
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong experience working in a primary school.
Be confident leading a class independently.
Have excellent classroom management skills.
Be adaptable and able to work across different year groups.
Be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupils.
