Axcis are supporting a thriving primary school in Havering who are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support their SEND provision and deliver interventions. The school has a strong inclusive ethos, a Good Ofsted rating and is easily accessible by local transport.
In this role, you will be:
• Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy.
• Supporting pupils with SEND including autism, ADHD and MLD.
• Providing cover for classes when needed.
• Working closely with the SENCO and teaching team to track progress.
What we’re looking for:
• HLTA qualification or proven classroom leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and intervention planning.
• Organised, flexible and professional.
• A positive and proactive team player.
