A lovely secondary school in the Manchester area are looking for a HLTA to start for June 2023 For this role, the ideal candidate will: - have a HLTA qualification -be kind, empathetic and patient -be able to build an engaging learning environment that students enjoy being in -be able to adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of various students You will work with the same students every week. You will not be responsible for planning, as the class teacher will provide you with the work they will be doing. You will be working with a small group of students who have a range of special education needs (SEND). This is a temporary role, working Monday - Friday 8.30-3.30 term time.
