We are recruiting a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teachers and lead lessons when required. The HLTA will provide targeted learning support, contribute to interventions, and enhance classroom management across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead lessons under teacher guidance
• Support individual pupils and small groups, including SEND pupils
• Assist with planning and delivering interventions
• Contribute to classroom organisation and management
• Provide feedback on pupil progress
Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience in primary or secondary classrooms
• Confident in behaviour management and lesson delivery
• Strong communication and organisational skills
