Axcis Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Solihull. This full-time position starts on an immediate basis. The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour Key Responsibilities • Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 • Delivering 1:1 support and small group interventions • Assisting children with SEND to access learning and classroom activities • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence • Supporting behaviour management and pupil wellbeing • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents • Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Who Should Apply?
