Job Title: Food Tech Teacher

Axcis is currently recruiting for an SEND experienced, food and design teacher on behalf of a secondary school based in Merton. The role is to start immediately and likely to continue through until the end of the academic year. Axcis has a historic relationship with the school, having provided specialist trained staff for a number of years. Candidates will be working with a large age range (11-16) and supporting pupils with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. Subsequently, successful candidates will have to be strong, resilient and patient with excellent time-management and organization skills. Furthermore, fundamental experience with SEMH and varying degrees of Challenging Behaviour are a pre-requisite for this role. Role requirements: - Full time availability for the hours. - QTS - Strong SEND experience with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. - Strong, resilient, patience and kind. This is a temporary position.
