As a Teaching Assistant through us, you'll be right at the heart of the school day, helping kids feel included, confident, and ready to learn. What you’ll be doing (all during school hours): Providing one-to-one or small-group support for children with needs such as autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, learning differences, physical disabilities, or speech, language and communication needs Joining in with classroom activities, running tailored interventions, and supporting everyday learning Forming warm, positive relationships that make children feel safe, valued, and part of the class Perfect if you’re studying (or keen on): Psychology Education / Early Childhood Studies Social Work / Youth Work Sociology Health & Social Care Or eyeing a career in teaching, educational psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or related fields No school experience needed whatsoever!
