EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: SM4 (Morden area)
Start Date: ASAP - 3rd November 2025
Contract Type: Full time (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £89- £95 per day (PAYE)
A specialist SEN school in SM4 is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 3–5.
Key Responsibilities:
Support learning through play-based and sensory activities
Assist with communication, behaviour, and personal care
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning
Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in EYFS or SEN settings preferred
Positive, flexible and team-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) desirable
