Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Windsor Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm) Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications Are you an experienced English teacher with a passion for making a real difference? We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist school in Windsor that supports children and young people aged 5 to 16 with challenging behaviour, complex needs and communication difficulties. This is a full-time role for a dedicated and resilient English Teacher who is confident adapting their approach across a wide range of age groups and abilities. The Role: • Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to pupils with diverse needs • Teaching across a wide age range (KS1 to KS4) depending on student needs • Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being • Supporting students with their academic, social and communication development Requirements: • QTS is preferred, but candidates with extensive relevant experience in a SEND setting will also be considered • Experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviour and/or complex SEND • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills • A flexible, nurturing and patient approach • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a committed team making a lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable young people.
