With offices throughout the UK and exclusive relationships with the National Autistic Society and nasen, we provide teachers and support staff to schools, PRU's and SEND provisions nationwide.
Due to expansion in our Liverpool office we now need a recruitment consultant to join this very busy team.
The role would suit someone who:
Has experience working as a recruitment consultant in education, or a related industry such as social care, although we will consider other sectors
Have strong business development skills, both on the phone and face to face
A proven & demonstrable track record in sales.
Ability to prioritise and work in a target orientated environment
What the role would involve:
360 recruitment role
Business development within the Merseyside area
Face to face visits with schools and SEND provisions
Resourcing suitable candidates for generated positions (advert writing & posting)
Interviewing suitable candidates

Competitive basic salary - 21k 28k dependent on experience

Shift pattern working hours 7-4 or 9-6 in term time - Reduced working hours in non term time
