Job Title: Early Years Educator Location: Wandsworth, London Salary: £90-95 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time, 8:00am-3:30pm Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the development and nurturing of young children within an educational setting. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, implement, and evaluate a high-quality early years curriculum in line with the EYFS framework. • Create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment for all children to thrive and develop. • Monitor and assess the progress and development of children, and provide feedback to parents and guardians. • Engage in continuous professional development to update knowledge and skills in early childhood education. • Maintain positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external professionals. • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and safeguarding regulations. Requirements: • A relevant qualification in Early Years education (NVQ, CACHE, NNEB, BA in Early Childhood Studies, or equivalent). • Experience in working with children in the Early Years age group. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. • Enhanced DBS check.
