Qualified Teacher - Design & Technology / Resistant Materials
£100 - £170 per day
Axcis Education are seeking a Qualified D & T Teacher who has experience of teaching BESD statemented pupils and pupils with similar associated needs. Classes have a maximum of 8 pupils and a Teaching Assistant.
Our client is a wonderful special school in Solihull who cater for pupils aged 4 - 18 years. We require someome to teach chlidren aged 11-18.
We are recruiting for a Secondary Teacher to teach Design & Technology - Resistant Materials, not necessarily Food Technology, however experience in this subject would be an advantage.
The role would be full time from Easter onwards and could become permanent. Candidates must be specialist qualified teachers and able to support pupils using a range of machinery in a well resourced work room.

" References to cover the last 2 years with no gaps
" Eligibility to reside in the UK
" A minimum of 6 months recent UK experience
" Experience of teaching children with complex needs
" Understanding of Team Teach
" A proven track record of teaching pupils with complex needs
" Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
" A current DBS
