Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Axcis Education is working with several supportive and inclusive secondary schools in Central Manchester, and we're looking for confident cover supervisors to join our team for full-time roles (5 days a week preferred).
Whether you hold QTS or have strong experience leading classes as a cover supervisor, we want to hear from individuals who are passionate about education and open to working across both mainstream and specialist SEND settings.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are confident leading a classroom, delivering lessons and managing behaviour
- Can plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons (QTS holders) or follow set plans effectively (cover supervisors)
- Are strong team players, happy to collaborate with colleagues and support staff
- Are flexible and proactive, with a positive approach to school life
- Are open to supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including in specialist provisions
