We are seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, where every child is seen, valued, and supported to thrive. About the Role: As a Complex Needs TA, you will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to support pupils with a range of additional and complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and medical needs. Your role will be vital in helping these pupils access the curriculum, develop life skills, and achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
