This full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with students who have a range of complex educational needs. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver and assess individualized and group lessons that cater to the specific needs of each pupil, adapting teaching methods to support students' learning and development. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists, to implement effective educational plans. • Engage pupils with innovative and stimulating learning activities that promote their intellectual, emotional, and social growth. • Utilize a range of resources and assistive technologies to facilitate communication, learning, and inclusion. • Establish a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment that allows pupils to feel secure and motivated to learn. • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive approach to student development. • Keep accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to review meetings, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
