The school supports children and young people aged 4–19 with a wide range of additional and complex needs. The Role: As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils throughout the school day, helping them to access a personalised curriculum and overcome barriers to learning. Depending on individual needs, your role may include supporting pupils with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, behaviour, learning, and independence. You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to create a calm, structured, and engaging environment where every pupil is encouraged to make progress. The school caters for learners across a broad age range, providing an excellent opportunity to develop experience supporting children and young people at different stages of their education.
