Job Title: Children Centre TAs - Lambeth - PART-TIME
London - SW
Axcis Education are currently looking for early-years and or nursery experienced staff to work across different children centre's located in Lambeth. At present, there are currently three sites, but this may expand to more. Experience working in a children centre, with early years (in a school setting is fine) and or nursery is required. Any SEN experience is also advantageous but not a requirement. The role will often involve helping children with their activites, liaising with crèche managers (where applicable), and supporting the centres to the best of your ability. Hours for the roles tend to be short, and shifts follow a typical 2-3 hour pattern. Due to the nature of the work, candidates will be required to be reliable, committed, punctual and dependable. . Requirements for these centres: - Availability for those hours/shift patters, some can be as early as 9-12 and others 3-6 in the evening. - Experience working in a similar setting and or with early years and nurseries. - SEN experience (advantageous). - DBS on update service, or have to pay £46 to get a new one into process. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
