Job Title: Autism & Communication Support Teaching Assistant
Make a real difference in the lives of children with autism and speech, language, and communication difficulties. Join a welcoming SEND school in Plymouth where every child is supported to thrive. The Role Work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop communication skills. Support children 1:1 and in small groups, assist with tailored activities, encourage positive behaviour, and create a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
