Axcis are looking for a full time support worker to work with one of the UK's largest health care organisations, in Teignmouth to support adults with learning difficulties in the residential home. The residents have a range of additional needs including autism, Prader-Willi syndrome or mental health. The job role will be 5 days a week, with a range of flexible hours from morning to evening on a 1-1 basis, paying a rate of £11.41 an hour.

The suitable candidate must be resilient and help manage challenging behaviour. You must have at least 1 years experience working as a support worker and hold your level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care. Other qualifications that the company look for but are not essential include:

" Safeguarding Adults Level 3

" Infection Control
" Moving and Handling Level 2 or above
" Equality Act 2010
" Mental Health Act
