Job Title: Administrator

Axcis are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their busy front office. The school has a Good Ofsted rating, a supportive leadership team and a strong sense of community. The role offers an immediate start and is full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
In this role, you will be:
• Providing administrative support across the school, including managing attendance, pupil data and communication with parents.
• Using SIMS, Arbor or similar school MIS systems to maintain accurate records.
• Handling phone calls, emails and visitor queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting with correspondence, reports and general office duties.
• Working closely with the Headteacher, business manager and teaching staff to support the smooth running of the school.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience working in a school office (essential).
• Proficiency with school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
• Professional, calm and efficient approach with the ability to multi-task.
