JOB LOCATION:
Rochdale
1:1 Autism Intervention/Learning Support Assistant, Middleton, Full Time Axcis are working with a college based in Middleton who are looking to appoint a learning support assistant to work with learners on the autistic spectrum (ASC). You must have experience in working with students with autism and be confident to give 1:1 and group support/interventions. All students are high functioning and are in need of assistance with their organisation, resilience and social skills. On a general day to day basis you will be supporting in groups of 3, however sometimes you may be required to support in groups of up to 5. You will be required to support in the mainstream classroom, although you may be required to support outside of the classroom. This role is full time and will be until the end of the academic year. The college itself is a well known college with state of the art facilities and is known for it's supportive team and atmosphere. You will be required to start ASAP so please get in touch today!
