ID Documents

We need 3 different forms of ID in total, 1 from each of the below:

 

  1. Right to Work - 1 of the following
  • Passport (for EU, EEA or Swiss Nationals please bring your EU Share Code. You can use this link to obtain your Share Code.)
  • UK Birth Certificate and proof of NI* (we can only accept UK birth certificates)
  • Valid Visa

 

  1. Photo ID - 1 of the following:
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport*
  • Biometric photo residence card* (not a print out)

 

  1. Proof of Address - 1 of the following and they must be dated/issued within the past 12 months:
  • P45/P60
  • Council tax statement
  • Financial or benefit statement
  • Bank statement (this must be dated/issued within the past 3 months)
  • Utility bill (this must be dated/issued within the past 3 months)

 

*If you are providing your passport or residence card as your right to work document then we will need an additional form of ID; either driving licence, UK birth certificate or an extra proof of address, as you cannot use the same document for two different things.

 

Please note: We cannot accept any proof of address that is an online document or any mobile phone bill.  If you are unable to provide any of the above it is advisable to visit your local bank and ask them to print a statement and stamp and date it.  Alternatively, you may be able to request a paper statement be posted to you via your internet banking app.

 

Additional Documents Required

 

  • Proof of National Insurance Number - NI Card / P45 / P60 / Payslip
  • Change of Name - If you have ever changed your name we need all the documents for each name change (marriage certificate or deed poll).

 

Please ensure you check through the above documentation very carefully and upload/bring the correct documentation with you. If anything is missing, we may not be able to register you. If you do not have the original documents Axcis can accept photocopies ONLY if they have been certified by a Solicitor or Justice of the Peace.
